I am amazed that Meghan McCain was able to take time out of her busy day helping to bring fresh food to food deserts in low income neighborhoods to weigh in on this important topic.

The guy explaining bras made me laugh, takes the cake for me! Forever fascinated by the Aella stats as well.

One of the saddest Aella stats is that she only had 24 good meals in 2024. I hope that this year she gets to eat more food that she actually enjoys!

I just assumed that meant like.. a really nice meal sitting down at a restaurant. In which case she's killing it! (And giving everyone long Covid, smdh)

The fury over a breakfast sandwich! Nothing makes me want to take a big bite of a corned beef Reuben more than an angry vegan. (And I’m a vegetarian.)

The most surprising of Aella’s stats is that she only had sex on 41 days out of the year. That’s less than one day a week. I kind of figured that would be one of her triple digit stats.

My own personal advice is if you don’t poop once a day, take a fiber supplement every night and see if you can get there. I learned this in rehab when I was 20 and it changed my life.

Is it healthier to go every day? I do but it's just because I drink coffee, not some healthy sounding reason like fiber.

From what I understand from what I’ve learned both online and from GI’s if talked to, it is. In fact I’ve had them tell me twice a day is the ideal. My own personal experience, it’s much better.

I saw some extra evidence that Elon was posting under the Dittman name on 4chan, apparently there was a screenshot of the post in which he's logged in as a Twitter admin; but other Twitter developers are saying it's FAKE. The plot thickens.

I don't think for a second the fact that an Elon fan named Dittman exists is conclusive proof, but it definitely moves the odds significantly.

I'm a huge fan of j.r. Liggett shampoo bars. They get my hair nice and truly clean, and I've noticed that they don't irritate my scalp the way most normal shampoos, full of laurel sodium sulfate do. I haven't tried to use them to stretch out several days without washing, though.
