My own personal advice is if you don’t poop once a day, take a fiber supplement every night and see if you can get there. I learned this in rehab when I was 20 and it changed my life.

I'm a huge fan of j.r. Liggett shampoo bars. They get my hair nice and truly clean, and I've noticed that they don't irritate my scalp the way most normal shampoos, full of laurel sodium sulfate do. I haven't tried to use them to stretch out several days without washing, though.

Is it healthier to go every day? I do but it's just because I drink coffee, not some healthy sounding reason like fiber.

I don't think for a second the fact that an Elon fan named Dittman exists is conclusive proof, but it definitely moves the odds significantly.
