Just a heads-up, but the baggage survey allows people who responded that they are currently in relationships to answer a very long section of questions for single people.
Not sure if that was intentional but I'd be worried that people answering those questions while in a relationship might skew the data you're trying to get.
Wait, I think I figured out the issue. It won’t affect the results because I’m able to filter my relationship status and just filter out any answers that partnered people give for that section but when I get home, I will change the flow so that it doesn’t even show up for them.
As someone who uses Google Forms a lot in my day job (high school teacher), I can't say I really understand why their settings are so convoluted, because it feels as if there were other design choices that would be much, much less prone to human error.
(And why in the heck is it not possible to automatically number the questions, guys-who-literally-design-questionnaire-software?)
You gave SIX choices for “frequency” in the sex drive survey, and FOUR of the six categories were for people who have sex LESS than 12 times per year or MORE than ~150 times per year. My guess would have been that around 90% of married couples have sex between 12 and 150 times per year.
Yes, I think there’s a very wide gap between once a month and once a week that a lot of couples will fall into. A good chunk of married people seem to have sex 2-3 times a month, although I don’t think it’s 90%. Lots of people in relationship have sex 2+ times a week and I’d guess at least 10% are in a dead bedroom.

I'm glad you found a useable workaround 👍
Oh really? It’s supposed to be the opposite flow. Are you sure you answered correctly?

Agreed that I found it difficult to answer that question with the options given.
FWIW I had little trouble answering the survey, it seemed well designed to me
