Ok everyone you’ve featured seems fun and interesting! I’m going to direct my single friends to your substack instead of the Accursed Apps from now on.

If I lived in Paris I would absolutely seek out Puneeta for friendship purposes. She is so cool!

This is so, incredibly wholesome.

These guys are stunners. Damn not an unattractive one among them. Let’s see. Adam’s slide show makes me want to be best buds. I want to be over at his late night colonizing planets session. Dhruv has a kind face that is incredibly attractive.

Of course Sheehan isn't financially ready for kids - he lives in Washington DC! Their cost of living is something like 39% higher than the national average.

Best of luck to all singles. :D

Sheehan might be ready but the zeitgeist tells him and many young Americans that they are not ready. May all gain clarity!

It is truly raining men 🤣

Sheehan is so cute. And those arms! Also Puneeta is definitely “her”.

Wishing all these singles great luck.

Oh, did I say him? My bad for copy pasting from the male section 💀

Light's avatar

Haha no!

When I say she is “her”; it is millennial/gen z speak to say she has main character energy. In a good way.

Kind of like being the man. Or the woman here so to speak.

Sry I live with a bunch of gen Z sibs.

Might it make sense to do sets of personals for the US and international, to try and fix the issue of mixing them and having most readers being US-based? So you'd have maybe one in three sets of personals be all non-US, and the rest all US.

I really mean no offense, but I feel puzzled by the ladies who are already over 35 and says she still wants more than 1 kid and wants someone who also wants that, but the chance of them having kid at all is slim... do they not know that?...

Some have a whole lotta frozen eggs, some have a whole lotta optimism. And a few, maybe, are even willing to foster to adopt older kids with issues.

I wouldn’t say the chances of having a kid at all are slim at 35-40. Chances start at “pretty good” and end at “tossup” within that age range.

My parents had me in their early 40s

Thanks for the information. My bad, I didn't mean the fertility will fall off a cliff by 35, I just think it's more difficult than 20s and the precaution is to start before you are 35, especially if you do not have yet a partner. But that's great that 85% of 35-40s can get pregnant within 1 year, although I think the figure can be lower in some other studies.
