What I Wore in Mexico City
Plus, other fits, buys and sewing projects of March
This month, we went to Mexico City for my husband’s three-day business trip. Naturally, this meant a really cool opportunity to wear clothes for warmer weather! So I figured instead of my typical March fashion roundup, I would focus on this trip (but don’t worry—for those of you who really care, I’ll showcase the “regular” March outfits/buys/projects at the end!)
Mexico City Fits
Mexico City is really nice in March—this is the time of year that the Jacaranda trees are in full bloom. The weather was absolutely perfect—low to mid-70s. This was obviously very pleasant, but also opened up some great spring/summer fashion opportunities!
For our first dinner out with my husband and his coworkers, I wore this fun green/ivory knit set that I got second hand ages ago (it’s from some no-name brand, but it’s 100% cotton and I always reach for it.) The shoes and bag are both Sezane.
