What I Wore in February
Plus my best buys and sewing projects
For those of you new subscribers: although I usually cover social dynamics and culture, I enjoy writing about fashion a few times a month. To wrap up each month, I like to cover my favorite outfits, buys and sewing projects of the month (yes, I sew, it’s a bit of an addiction!) If you’re curious about what I wore, bought and sewed, keep scrolling. If this isn’t your thing, rest assured there will be non-fashion content coming tomorrow. And the next day. And the next day.
Best Outfits
I’m really happy with this outfit. I bought this green Sandro dress a while back, and I always wore it as a standalone piece for warmer months, but it just occurs to me that I could layer it. I wore it with a Skims black turtleneck, my APC mini demi lune bag (a staple for me) and me Aquatalia moto boots (old, second hand, no link) which are far chunkier and edgier than my usual style, so it’s been a challenge to incorporate them.
I almost never wear baggy-on-baggy, so this is the closest I’ll ever get. The sweater is from Yitai and is slowly becoming one of my favorites. Jeans are Abercrombie. Shoes are Asics.
