The Sexual Habits of Highly Successful (Single) Men
Diving into the preferences and habits of wealthy single men
Part 2 of my study on wealthy men is here, this one focusing on single men. But before we get into that, it’s Thanksgiving flash sale time for 35% off all annual paid subscriptions through Thanksgiving!
You can also give the gift of a CHH subscription to a friend (or a nemesis who you’d like to annoy with near-daily content.) Happy holidays!
Last week, I released Part 1 of my findings from my survey for high-earning men (making over $200K USD annually.) I got into the background of why I chose to focus on this group there, but TLDR: I wanted to survey this group of people because they are subject to large amounts of fan-fiction across the Internet, and I wanted to see how much of it was true. Part 1 got into the behaviors of partnered (mostly married) wealthy men. But I also surveyed wealthy single men, and that’s what today is about!
So for all you TikTok girlies talking about ways to dress “old money” to find a rich husband, you’re going to want to read this.
Some of the stuff I uncovered:
What type of women wealthy single men are looking to date, including age, physical attributes, and non physical attributes
Are high-achieving men intimidated by women who are their equals? What about women who are more successful than they are?
Are single men having more sex than married men? What about attractive wealthy single men—the Mr. Bigs of the world?
Do wealthy single men notice if women have styled hair and manicures?
Respondent Characteristics
Of the 113 single men surveyed, about half were in their 30s, and more than a quarter in their 20s, with slightly less than a quarter in their 40s or older. Ideally, I would have liked to get more single respondents but part of keeping the survey responses somewhat trustworthy was closing the survey after a brief period of time, to prevent brigading.
Income was distributed similarly to the partnered men, with $500K+ being the least common answer.
Having no bachelor’s degree was more common among single men than married men, but still relatively uncommon:
Self Assessment
I covered this in Part 1, but as a refresher, single wealthy men were likely to rate themselves a little bit above average on looks and rizz:

Dating Behavior
I often hear (at least in the manosphere) that men with resources are opting out of marriage, preferring to play the field out of a fear of golddiggers (or just playing the field because it’s what all men would choose if they had the option- and in the manosphere, money and status are apparently the main attributes that unlock men’s sexual options.)
But that’s not what this survey showed. Most wealthy single men wanted serious relationships, and while many were open to both serious relationships or casual dating, only 8% were exclusively focused on casual dating.
Dating Preferences
So, what kind of women are these guys looking for? This is where I focused most of the survey.
When it comes to educational attainment, 41% of them had a strong preference for a highly educated woman. Nearly 40% had a slight preference, and 17.5% had no preference. It was very rare for these men to prefer a woman who isn’t highly educated. This wasn’t surprising to me, but might be surprising to the many folks out there who insist that wealthy men would gladly wife up a demure Hooter’s waitress instead of a shrill college graduate.
Similarly, most men did not feel strongly about “body count,” although about 38% had preferences that they didn’t consider strong.
Now, preferences for age. As you can see, most preferred women around their age or slightly younger.
I filtered out the men under 30, given that a man in his twenties can’t reasonably answer “much younger” without breaking the law. Basically, if going much younger is a feasible option, how many men will prefer to do that?
